Easy to book! Just call or text to check your desired date and time.
Secure your date and time with a non-refundable booking retainer. The retainer is based on selected services. All subsequent payments applied to your remaining balance are non-refundable. We except retainer payment with Visa or MasterCard by phone or cash in person. Remaining payments are due in cash only on scheduled service date. No refunds under any circumstance. If you need to reschedule for any reason to another available date a $200.00 reschedule fee will apply.
Arrival and Departure
Our packages and time frames are designed to encompass your event start to finish. Select your time based on your needs. Keep in mind time for any special set ups, decorations and clean up. Arrive at your scheduled time and depart venue at your scheduled time. Additional hours may be purchased in advance. This helps us keep it simple and affordable for all.
Clean space
Cleanup is really simple! Take what you brought. Please make sure any guest helping with clean up don't take waterfall terrace property. Don't forget to clear your items out of dressing rooms. We ask that any trash be removed. If you have catered event, make sure your service provider cleans up and removes trash. I know it can be irresistible for some couples to have a cake fight but be aware extra cleanup is required for that!! You may use real flower petals only, no rice, seeds or fireworks allowed. Bubbles are welcome.
Keep it safe
Safe gatherings are a must! You are responsible for implementing any covid-19 precautions.
You may serve a simple champagne toast, no liquor service allowed. Keep it simple keep it safe!
Smoking in designated area only please.
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. The property has fountains and ponds on site, children must be supervised. No running, please do not allow children to abuse the buildings, they are not playhouses, no climbing on the terrace hillsides, must stay on the patios, The waterfall hillside is off limits.
Volume controll
Music is allowed! When preparing for your event think about the music you would like for your ceremony and don't forget a little background music as guest mingle. We ask you keep the volume at a low range. You might consider a violinist or solo guitarist. Perfect for the occasion!
